The CANVIA online shop (the "Shop") is owned and run by:
These terms apply to the use of the Shop and to every purchase made through it. They apply together with our Privacy policy, Cookie policy and Shipping & returns page. By completing an order you accept the terms in force at the time of the order.
The Shop is aimed at consumers. Mandatory consumer protection law (in particular Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force) prevails over any term that would limit it.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the real product, depending on your screen. Our pieces are unisex, and the size guide on each product page helps you choose a size.
The availability of each size is shown on the product page and checked again when you complete your order.
Prices are in euros (€) and include [[24%]] VAT. The shipping cost is shown separately at checkout, before you pay. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.
If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical or human error, we will let you know before shipping, and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. [[Lawyer to review.]]
You don't need an account to buy. If you like, you can sign in with a link we email you, with no password, to see your orders and save addresses.
When the contract is made. The sales contract is made when your card payment is confirmed or, if you pay cash on delivery, when you complete your order. You then see your order number on screen and receive a confirmation email with all its details. We suggest you keep it. The contract is concluded in Greek [[or in English, if you complete your purchase on the English version]].
If an item sells out. If a size sells out while your payment is being completed, the order is cancelled automatically, the full amount is refunded, and we let you know by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases, such as an obvious pricing error or a well-founded suspicion of fraud, with a full refund. [[Lawyer to review.]]
If your payment doesn't go through, no order is created and you are not charged.
One code can be used per order, under the conditions that come with the code (for example a minimum order amount or a validity period). Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping times and costs, the 14-day right of withdrawal and how to return an item are described on our Shipping & returns page.
Every product comes with the legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two (2) years of delivery, under Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force. If a product is faulty, contact us at [[contact email]] and we will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as the law provides.
You sign in with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. We may suspend an account that is used abusively.
The CANVIA name and logo, the photos, texts and design of the Shop belong to [[company name]] or to those who have licensed them to us. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.
We take care that the information in the Shop is correct and up to date and that the Shop works without interruption. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical problems or by third parties, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law. [[Lawyer to review.]]
For any complaint, write to us at [[contact email]]. We reply within [[number]] working days.
If we can't resolve it, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes, such as the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman, or, for purchases from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Greece. [[Lawyer to review: ADR bodies and whether we take part in them.]]
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of [[city]] have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts where you live, or to the protection given to you by the mandatory law of your country.
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
